I was using the term Cameo as reference to the frosted appearance of the devices verses the field. If you notice the is a significant difference between this one and other mint state or coins made for circulation.
Thanks for explanation--I understand what you mean, just it seems to me that, sometimes, the point or border from there you can cold it Cameo is very "thin" and formal (not in that specific case). Besides that that coin looks as a "Proof", thing that some times happens, for some reason, also with usual coins issued for circulation.
Yes it is confusing, like the term "prooflike" can be borderline defined loosely. In this case I doubt that this coin would actually Grade at a Professional service as a "CAMEO" because it is a Coin made for circulation. OK

How can you know, actually, that the coin is "Cameo" and there is the "border" from wich you will define/decide that specific coin is Cameo one??
