My invoice is NOW PAST 35 days !!!

Hi

Anyone have their invoice go over the 35 business days like mine has? Today was day 35 for mine. This is the $5 Special. Mine was mailed on 2/27/04 and input on 3/22/04.

    today is 34, it counts from the day after entered. you should receive your grades on monday

    I would give PSA a call if the grades are not posted by Monday or Tuesday

    PSA was set up at a couple of shows during that span and due to their work force wasn't at their home base, I believe the show days do not count towards your total. Call PSA at get the correct scoop of what day your at...jay

    I'm not trying to be rude here, but some are missing the point - the $5 special did not have a guaranteed turnaround time! When I dropped off my $5 batch at the Feb. Cow Palace show, I was told this very clearly, and the online information stated the same.

    Now, I still think folks with outstanding invoices at this point have every right to be ticked off, and hope that PSA takes care of them in the end. But in the end, they're just being slow - not breaking a promise. The concept of what business day your $5 special invoice is currently on is completely irrelevant (beyond simply reinforcing that it's taking them a while to get caught up).
