Got my grades

Some modern baseball I've been going after. Thought I'd try this set registry thing out, which is what I'm doing now....entering numbers...

I'm happy about the Yankee Clippings...that's the whole set...

Nice Yankees submission. The Yankee Clippings from Greats of the Game is one of my favorites!
  • I liked them the moment I saw them in a magazine ad. We (my wife and I) went after a few similar rather nice Yankee related items around the time these were released, but these were still a little more difficult to track down. Nobody was letting go of the ones they had.

    They liked them also!

I saw one guy make a nice framed display out of the entire set. It looked sharp.

I guess I'll post images once I get them scanned in...if that's what one should do...(?)

That seems like a fun and wonderful Yankees set - congratulations! I'm sure you're proud!
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
  • Hi Hartlandman,

Welcome to the wonderful world of collecting plastic with rectangular pieces of cardboard inside.

The PSA Set Registry has been a really cool thing for me to get into, so I hope you enjoy yourself as well. If this is a first submission, looks pretty solid, and those are some pretty cool cards.

    Take it easy,

  • Thanks. This isn't a first submission, just the first time I've submitted with the intent of putting it in a registry. I've had these cards for some time now, the hunt took place a few years ago. image

Hey! You got a 10 out of it too!

    Nice going.

I like when pitchers have bat cards.

I wonder if it's theres,or someone they faced that broke the bat?
  • This is all your fault to begin with Rob, you know that, right?

And whatever are you talking about, again?

Broke the bat?? Methinks someone broke your brain.

If they have French Army rifles, why shouldn't they have pitchers' bats?
