Well again people if it is to good to be true it probably is. After speaking with both Mounted Memories AND Creative Sports neither has knowledge of this item:
Helmet
I almost made a $350 mistake. I did win a Williams card from him so we will see how that goes but $15 is a little different then $350.
Yes I know look at his feedback etc. I was just blinded by the prospect of the Helmet.
**EDIT**
The only reason I checked was because he sent me an email saying he had another wanting to know if I was interested. I sent him a reply asking for a photo of the front of the helmet so I could see both signatures. Dont think I will get it.....

Good thing you checked. Since he's using the same pics for both auctions, I wonder what they autos actually look like when you get the item.
My eBay Store
BigCrumbs! I made over $250 last year!
(SELLER) Hello, I have (1) helmet left that I was going to post today but thought I'd offer it to you for your high bid amount since you only missed winning it by $5.00. If you would like to buy this item let me know today so I don't repost it. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
(ME) Yes I am interested. Can you please provide a photo of the front of the helmet so I can see both Autos.
Thanks!
(SELLER) Hello, Well, I’d be happy to do that if I owned a digital camera. But that requires driving across town to borrow a friends.
The Item Number 4128245325 clearly shows both autos. And looking at the helmet from the front-on viewpoint you really cant see either auto, Because of how they are positioned. So I’m not sure send you a front-on photo would do much for you visually anyway.
It does have a money-back guarantee if you don’t like it. Let me know if you still want it. Cheers!
(ME) No thank you. I checked with both Mounted Memories and Creative Sports. Neither has knowledge of a Helmet or COAs covering such a helmet, and without a picture (from the top of the Helmet) that would show both Autos I think I will have to pass.
Anyway, I have 2 footballs. I started both of these about 4 years ago. The first is a Quarterback ball that has been signed by John Elway, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Troy Aikman, and Kurt Warner. I got each of these autos at separate times/separate shows. The other ball is a Running Back ball and it has Eddie George, Ricky Williams, Marcus Allen, Barry Sanders, Clinton Portis, and Ahman Green. They are all signed in SILVER paint marker and were between $100-$225 an auto.
Anyway, 90% of the time I would purchase an auto ticket, I would receive a small Cert of Authenticity from MOUNTED MEMORIES, because they were usually the people bringing in the players. I think only Barry Sanders, and one of the Quarterbacks weren't part of the Mounted Memories group.
My point is, this guy could have easily done what I have been doing for years. Buy a Miami helmet, buy Ricky Williams at one show, and then have Dan Marino sign it at another. He would more than likely get a Mounted Memories cert like I did with each auto.
I would bet a ton of $$$$ that the helmet is legit. I have both of there autos and they are exactly what they look like on that helmet. Especially the Williams graph. However, I am not saying that they couldn't be faked. I doubt it on this one though.
If I ever called Mounted Memories to authenticate my autos, they couldn't. They could just verify that those athletes were indeed there on the date/dates that the cert they provide shows. I have several of these certs if you would like to see one. Someone could call up and say "Hey, was Troy Aikman at the Rosemont Expo signing on March 12th, 2001?", and then Mounted Memories could check up that info. That's about it. Unless the helmet had a serial numbered hologram on it, and it came directly from MOUNTED MEMORIES, then they cannot vouch for any auto. They can only say whether or not that athlete was at a certain location, at a certain time. I could take that cert, leave the show and switch balls, right?
I have a pic of me shaking hands with each player as MY PROOF OF AUTHENTICITY.
I just bought a Eli Manning signed baseball from the Topps website that is limited to just 50. It's a bit odd, but each ball comes in a cube, and has a hologram sticker on the ball, as well as one on the cube to seal it. Just 50 of them though.
I bought the Leftwich #'d/50 about 4 months ago. It sold out quickly I believe.
Anyway, I hope this helps a bit.

<< <i>Interestingly, and maybe this doesnt mean anything, but both pictures show the players signing the opposite side of the helmet than they did on the one for sale. >>
actually the pictures show them both signing the SAME side of the helmet....
Notice that they both have the helmet sitting
on their lap (or in front of them) with the facemask
facing to THEIR right! They are both signing the
RIGHT side of the helmets in the pictures.
