1971-S Ike RPM?

After looking at some of my BU 1971-S Ikes I noticed what appears to be a repunched mintmark. I visited the CONECA website and the only RPM listed for Ikes was a 1971-S/S Northwest. Does anyone know of any other 1971-S RPM Ikes or have any more information on the 1971-S RPM Ikes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached photos below.

    Looks like a form of strike doubling, but I could be wrong. image

    Thanks. I wondered if it might be strike doubling because there appears to be some strike doubling on the date as well.
