Just got back from the Chicago Show

I was really looking forward to the Chicago Show, but was really dissapointed. I pretty much saw the entire bourse in about thirty minutes on Thursday (paid $50.00 for the Early Bird admisson), and then spent the next three days wondering what I was doing in Chicago. Most of the dealers I spoke with told me the Chicago show has declined significantly in the past few years. I thought that both the FUN and ANA shows were significantly better in terms of darkside material. I did buy a lot of coins, but I could have done the same thing over the phone. image

  • I was there Friday, and posted about it on this thread.
While the location of it seems to make sense, as Rosemont gets alot of conventions because of it's proximity to the airport and highways, parking is annoying and visitors don't have much to do there in the immediate area. I'm still annoyed about the entrance and parking fees.
