I agree with PRO grade of a 10. Their scale is 1 to 100, right?

  • Check his other items sold - tons of Pro stuff in 9's and 10's. The stuff is drawing pretty good cash from the poor suckers buying them. Just dead wrong....

What if, and this is just a what if. (Well actually it is happening to me...) this guy bought a "lot" and they were included? Granted that trimmed card should be destroyed but do you guys feel that way about "Pro" in general? I do not have Pro Cards for sale but FGS. Granted I took a few Gem Mint 10s that had coner dinks and did not post them, nor do I "over hype" the cards. What is the general thought about that?

If I felt that the off-brand grading company card was unaltered (even if I considered it overgraded), I would not have a problem selling it, as long as the auction or other sale was not deceptive (e.g., no keyword spamming of PSA, no references to SMR value, no hyping that company's standards). There are a lot of dealers who would never submit a card to an off-brand grading company, but picked up some of those cards in larger purchases. It would be absurd to expect them to break out each and every one of those cards before selling it (especially if they are selling the cards cheaply at shows).
