Is this site a ghost site?

This site http://www.goldsovereigns.com/forsalevictoriashield.html is it a ghost site now? It has excellent information on all the sovereigns made. A few months ago I emailed them asking a question and they never got back to me. I have a feeling that the site is now a ghost site, (Dead site). Anyone know for sure?

    Lawrence Chard is well known for not answering emails. He lists coins on eBay, too.

    That would be lawrence chard on ebay.

    Just search for chard in coins/bullion and you will find them.

    I like what I bought from them, but I stay away from them on ebay-- very pricey shipping (fine for a high price item, but not so good for a single sovereign for example), though the shipping is quite secure.

    Also, they use stock photos and have used photos of proofs for uncirculated items. I don't know if they still do this, I haven't looked at their auctions lately. I realize the proofs photo better, but I find this off-putting.

    Yes they still use stock photos and Proofs photos for bullion.

    I really hate in this day and age when a business has a website but they do not answer emails.
