Opus 83 Goetz's St. George

While browsing through Kienast II I found this:

St. George a composition
Uniface Cast 120 mm
Struck 26 MM

I would love a copy of the Struck one.

Nice...The Angel holding the horse's reigns has an uncanny resemblence to the Angel on the reverse of the Texas Commemorative!

If you had not identified that as a Goetz, I would not have attributed it to him, the style appears different, early or late in his career?

I've never seen one, cast or struck. It certainly is different for him!

I never would have guessed Goetz on that one. Another St. George I like (and will probably never own--sigh).
