Question on card identity

I picked up some boxes of cards at a garage sale and in one of the boxes was a 1991 Topps Archives Bob Cerv #210. This card has an auto, in black, ink on the front. Is this the way these cards were produced or could it be some type of buyback card released in a later set? Any help would be appreciated.

The 1991 cards were not issued autographed.
I see no listing of a buyback auto issued anywhere of that card. A buyback would probably be
indicated with some sort of stamp or embossing.
Perhaps it was signed in person at a later date.

The BB I have actually has a seperate "card" which is its COA. I dont beleive....checking....and it had a hologram on both the card and the COA to "link" them.
