Leaf R & S Football Redemption question

Has anyone had any problem with the rookie Auto redemptions in 2003 Leaf R&S? I have sent in five Domanick Davis redemptions all within a couple of weeks of each other, the last being about two months ago. As of today, I've only gotten one back (about 3 weeks ago). I've seen the live cards selling on ebay for at least 2 months so I know they've had them for a while. What is the typical turn around time for Donruss on these redemptions? This is my first time dealing with redemption cards, and to be honest, I'm starting to get worried.

    First off I hope you have proof of sending it, if so a call to donruss will put your worries at ease, they
    can look it up and in most cases this gets the ball rolling and you should have your cards within
    the week as they usually put you at the head of the line. Good Luck

    I am waiting 2 months for a Playoff Contenders redemption...and what seems like years for a lousy Upper Deck SPX baseball redemption (from last year). Redemptions, as a rule, are a bad idea by the card companies, since obviously they cannot handle them properly.

  • I have copies of all the redemption cards i sent in, but they all look the same. They are not numbereed or anything. I mean for all intents and puposes it could be five scans of the same redemption card. Do you have a phone # for Donruss, Kevin? The customer service email link on their site doesen't work.
  • Donruss takes forever to redeem cards. Whether the cards are "live" or not. They take on average 2 to 6 months per redemption. If you pester customer service, they will speed up the process. I learned that from experience. I emailed them and every time I did get a response from them. Also if they do not have the card to be redeemed, they will offer a substitute from a list. It could even be a Hobby Box of cards. Good luck with your redemptions.

    Im not home right now so I dont have the number, but I can get it to you. Bother me on Monday and
    I can get it for you. Rush is right on, if you call them they will offer you someting on the spot, but I
    think I would rather have the autos. Its up to you.

  • Yes, I would definitely rather have the autos. Those R&S autos are pretty tough. I'll get in touch tomorrow about the phone #.
