How long does it take to add to a player set?

I'm working on a master set of Chris Webber. Five or six weeks ago I asked for some more cards to be added to the set that I had graded. How long does it take from the time of asking until they get around to it? just curious if anyone who has done this before knew how long it would be.

I think their overwhelmed right now. I had been waiting for over a month for the cards I requested to be added to the Trammell set. I sent a follow up email, and Gayle took care of it the next day.
