is there some kind of "magic number" of bid retractions an ebayer can have before he gets suspended? i'm trying to get an idiot banned who has 16 bid retractions in one month

i don't think so... I've seen people with like 50.

And ebay says they keep a close watch and will look at every single retraction made.... My ass!

I dont think there is a limit.

You can block the buyer from bidding on your own auctions though.

Of course, blocking bidders may not be effective against certain shapeshifting eBayers.

i have suspicion that the nutcase in question has two other ID's. same bidding patterns, same interests.

he retracted one bid when he was bidding against you on a pre war hockey card.

so far his little harassment thing with running up my bids has cost me nothing, and he's ended up buying $50 bucks worth of crap he doesn't collect. way to go, Ylder. keep doing it
