When my oldest son was around two or so, he swollowed a quarter. My wife toook him to the doctor and they just said to watch for it to come out the other end. Oh boy, it that doesn't sound like fun.

However, I had a metal detector. So, we just tracked. After a couple days, no beeping. It was gone.
