Oh this is getting SWEET now. I had some problems with registered mail at the post office.
Old thread
Well the word must have got out. We NOW get RED CARPET. Haven't seen the offending clerk since (think she is avoiding us) but the OTHER clerks now have a daily greeting for us. (no....not a finger)
One of em even THANKED the wife for picking up the registereds promptly as they "don't like" to keep valuables in the office.
Then YESTERDAY......a clerk asked wife if someone had been WITHHOLDING registered mail from us. She had spent a couple days at the MAIN post office and "they" asked her if someone was delaying registered mail at her branch. (Oh how this must go around the coffee room)
She asked the wife WHO it was. Sondra told her she would rather not say as the "problem seems to be fixed."
OH GLORY BE! HOW SWEET IT IS!
Oh to be a fly on the wall whenever the "memo" went around. The guy who took my complaint gave me a complaint confirmation number to use IF IT EVER HAPPENS AGAIN!
