Someone gave me a box of coins to sell and this was in it...

whadda ya think? I'm not used to buying this low on the totem pole...any idea what is a fair price to pay for it or the grade PCGS might assign? (btw, there are about a dozen bn indians, two liberty nickels way circulated and a bunch of misc silver from the 40's thru 60's
