SS Republic and Coin Vault

I see according to the current CW that NGC and NCS will encapsulate the SS Republic coins and they will be sold on Coin Vault on May 15 during a Coin Vault marathon. That just added 30% or more to the price. NGC and NCS have the exclusive rights to conserve and or encapsulate the coins but it did not say that Coin Vault had an exclusive to sell them.
