can ID this without picture? EU 1700s copper

On one side of the coin there is a crown at the top, scrollwork containing a crest with four designs in it, and the words: "COMITIA BVRGVNDIAE". On the other side there is a slightly different crown, with two Lions holding a crest with four designs in it, underneath this crest is the letter "A"
Thanks in advance for any helpimage

Are you sure it's 1700's? Any date anywhere? Doesn't sound British or French or Spanish.
