NGC....bad...... PCGS..... GOOD.....

Submitted coins to both NGC and PCGS at a show on the April 3rd weekend.... NGC was 12 day (received 4/2) and PCGS was a 15 day (received 4/5). Both are late.... NGC... "o sorry... our guarentee is listed as estimated you can pay more and wait....." at least PCGS gives you a free voucher for every day late and stands behind their product...

At least your one example defines an entire company. We won't go into the countless other examples of where coins sent to NGC have been turned over 2-3 times before you could get one order back from PCGS.
It seems from your post, that the former is of greater importance to you, since you're, in effect, complaining about NGC's service, which was 3 days faster.

That's ridiculous. PCGS has so many exceptions to their guaranteed turnaround that it is effectively not guaranteed. And when was the last time NGC's customer service was not excellent?

It sounds like you're trying to say PCGS stands behind their stated "turnaround times". Standing behind "their product" is a separate matter that is not really under discussion here. Sorry, but I think you're nit-picking and chose a poor instance/example to make your point with.

I,ve gotten free grading EVERY TIME THEY,VE WENT OVER! That time they mixed up a coin with another forum members, they gave me 13 free grades, the amount on the whole submission!

Hey that must be it! I AM FanofModerns and I really love PCGS and David Hall. If I had only known all along I would have never posted such filth and garbage about David and PCGS over the course of the past 2 years.

If PCGS modern takes 70 days with an estimated 45, or economy 90 days with an estimated 70, you ain't getting NOTHING. Besides, as it's been pointed out, PCGS has a million loopholes out of the guarantee.
Instead of complaining about NGC, send those moderns to PCGS. Pay more, and tell us when they get back.
