Finished search of my second bag of 2004 nickels

Had to order another bag for P mint 2004 nickels and quickly went through it to see if there were any worth slabbing. After 2 bags I still haven't come up with a single one worth sending in. I sure hope the mint set nickels are better otherwise it will be impossible to get yourself a nice set this year.

Jared I was curious what you call worthy to send in.
Also what do you think the better coins would grade at.

I looked at a couple of rolls and I am by no means a good grader--just learning.
From what I see you should find some 65's lots of 64's and 1 or 2 66's.
In my case the best I saw was a possible 64 no better than that. I gave them away.

  • I don't consider them worthy unless they will make MS67 or better. In both bags the best I could hope for was MS66.
