Coin set prices going up.

Found this article today. One thing it confirms is there will be a 11 coin silver proof set this year.

  • No reason why there shouldn't be 11 coins with the two new nickel designs....

Will mean the regular proof set will be 11 coins, and the mint set will be 22 coins.
  • Thanks for the link.
  • I was certain there would be 11 coins, but just hadn't seen it in print yet. Still a slight bummer about the price.

The sets will be even bigger in '06 when the presidential dollar series starts with 4 new designs a year.

This is not a done deal yet is it?

No, I should have put "if and when" in that sentence somewhere. image I just assume it will pass since the state quarter program is so popular.
