7 MVP awards, the single season HR record, career walks record, single season walks record, 700HR/500SB, and two batting titles near 40 years old. How can one argue that those aren't stats of the greatest to ever play the game??? All this and there is still more to come!!!! Bonds:2005 NL MVP. Or are you going to doubt him again?

  • I received something similar about a month ago... be sure to forward the note to spoof@ebay.com. They take this stuff pretty seriously.

I get that same kind of email several times a month. I've forwarded to spoof@ebay, but I don't know if it ever gets taken care of. Can't they track it to the source and get these scumbags?

yes they can, and in fact they do. I don't have the article handy but there was a news note a few weeks back about a guy that was doing this with ebay and paypal. I believe he was in Houston, TX. He was busted and faced some pretty hefty criminal charges. They said he had swindled more than $250,000. I'll see if I can find the article again.
