Who's Slab is this?

Ebay auction link for a 1940 proof nickel.

I do not recognize the slab and did not find a similar one on sampleslabs.com. Does anyone know any additional info about exactly which slab this coin is in.

I know that it is not one of the big three, so the grade is most likely off any how, and I know the dealer deals in many ntc slabs in addition to pcgs and ngc.

It is not a true Slab. It is a Coin wourl Holder (Slab Size) that can be opened and reopend easy.

    Thanks for the quick replies.

I am surprised a dealer would stoop to say "Certified Genuine" on it.

If you see this in the left lower corner of the front of the holder...

It's a Coin World Slab. Same as the coin being raw (plus the $2.00 value of the slab).
