??? Will PSA grade a card with a

PINHOLE? The card in question is pre-war and in its current condition would probably grade 2 - 3 without the pinhole. I want to have this graded more for authenticity and preservation purposes.
I just reviewed PSA's grading standards and while a PSA 1 allows paper loss I found nothing mentioning pinholes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Yes, they will.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I had a PSA 8 quality card comeback as a PSA 3 because of pinhole. I was told by others that I was fortunate as they can easily comeback as PSA 1 or 2's.

I had a card (37 OPC batter up) that looked like a PSA 5 or 6 come back a PSA 1. It took me forever to find the pinhole as it barely broke the surface.
  • WOW!!! You guy's are fast. Thanks for the quick replies.

It will undoubtably come back a PSA 1, but as long as it will holder I will be satisfied.

    Thanks again
