Adding In Action cards to the Master (player) set

does PSA allow you to add In Action cards (that do not mention the player on the label) to the Master Set? i have several PSA Jacques Plante IA cards that are labelled using the text written on the card. for example, every hobby publication lists the 1955 Parkhurst "Leaf Speedsters Attack" as a Jacques Plante IA card....but PSA labels it by the notation on the front- Leaf Speedsters Attack. since there is no mention of Plante, it isn't yet included in the Master Set. will PSA allow me to add these?
