Don't know who the Mint Director was in '95, but I need a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for that year, Anybody got one? Willing to buy some proof boxes with it if need be. e-mail Adriana9267@webtv.net This is for the Proof Silver American Eagle. HELP!!!
