A few months ago, a writer who does stories for Beckett was looking for father/son collectors. We answered his inquiry & he called us. He spoke to both myself & CJ & said he was sending the story to Beckett for possible publication.
Well, it made it into this current Beckett Hockey Monthly with Raycroft on the cover, pictures & all on pages 84-85. Our part of the story & picture is on page 85. Just wanted to let our hockey trading buddies know about this. The writer, K Loria did a real nice job on the article & we were excited to be a part of it.

Any other father/son collectors on this forum that want to trade, just let us know. We both enjoy collecting together & always look forward to trading with other father/son traders as well as any other traders on here. With help from alot of you great traders on here we have been able to put together a very nice collection of hockey. We also collect football & Ripken.

    Wow, that fame. Most I ever did was getting a letter to the editor published in Newsweek. But this is Beckett and you have a cool picture. I guess you'll be too good to post here any more. You'll have to go to the roped off celebrity area now.

    My daughter took the pic & the Avs Shirts we were wearing had just been delivered the day before. It all worked out real well. Before this article, I had a couple of letters to the editor put in our local paper, but nothing this big.
    It was fun to do but we will always be here to trade with the great traders on this forum as well as SCS. With alot of the gangs help here CJ & I have put together a real nice collection of hockey, football & some baseball.
