    A few years ago I picked up a silver Dollar that was "cast", Luckly it was only a $20.00 mistake..but it became a $20 education reall quick!

    DorkKarl, that 18-D is NOT a cast fake. That is a choice original example of a tough date SLQ. It looks like a Lock-55 at PCGS, imho. I think that you should buy it. image
