New purchase 1880 & 1889 British India

More to add to my growing India collection. These coins were described as East India Company 1/4 Annas which was incorrect. They are in fact British India 1/4 Annas which made me happy and I can't wait to get them. From the image they look to be BU however, I will know for sure when I get them in me hot little hands.image

His mistake, your gain! One wonders why people sell things they don't really know enough about to get at least the basics right.

    Nice.

I'm always amazed at how much early British India red copper is out there, particularly with India's climate.
