Break a 1987 Topps Tiffany Set for Bonds?

I've got that plus a 1987 Topps factory set, and a 1987 Donruss Opening Day set. After looking at eBay, it appears that people are practically giving away complete sets. No bids, etc.

Should I break open the above sets and send the Bonds RC in to PSA?

I've also got a load of late 1980s-early 90s hockey, baseball and bkb boxes, etc. What's best way to sell these?
