A couple of pics before I leave (inc. errors)

I'm going on my vacation on Tuesday. I'm going back to my native Poland for about 2 1/2 weeks (high school reunion ). It is as good excuse to take vacation as any. I finally have some time to look at the coins that arrived in six weeks since I left home and I took some pics for everyone to see

Did you enjoy it? I have copuple more; I tried to take a pic of one coin but none of the pics I took could do it justice so for now this coin stays off limits to everyone.

nice quality pictures... I am guessing that you are using a scanner? If so, which one..

BTW - Have a nice vacation and make sure you call the US Embassy once you get there. I always call them when I go to Romania, just in case....

It's my good ol' trusty Nikon Coolpix 950. I figure out a new trick for taking pictures. To reduce glare on the slab I'm putting a piece aof white cloth over the lamp. It helps
