1957 topps baseball info

I have a 1957 Topps baseball cards with a hole and a stamp on the back that says "U.S. Army" in black ink. Can anyone provide some history and how the value is effected. The card is #46. Robert Miller

    Sounds like just some random acts of army intelligence at work. The value would be reduced pretty close to zero.
