Mecklenburg Centennial Silver Medal, May 20, 1875

Does anyone have information on the Mecklenburg Centennial Silver Medal, May 20, 1875? I know there are examples of a 1&1/4 inch diameter silver medal at the Smithsonian. I was hoping someone knows of other examples and might have an idea of value.

An article was written about the medals: "The Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence Centennial Medal" by R.J. Herbert(The Numismatist, American Numismatic Association, Colorado Springs, CO; Volume 90 Number 2, 1977, February, page 273-282.).

A book was published by the U.S. Mint in 1912 and republished in 1914 that included the medals: "Catalogue of Coins, Tokens and Medals in the Collection of the Mint of the United States
at Philadelphia"

e-mail me at embiam@msn.com if you have any information.

Welcome to the forum, Pingan, but I regret I have little in the way of references on US medals.
