Also some of the older cards would use middle names and nicknames on the cards instead of their "proper" names. Maybe that year there was a change.

Jay...they made the same mistake in 1959 also!! I remember something about that fellow being a linebacker for the Cards..not sure who he is??

BTW who is this guy??...Garland Boyette was African-American!!

The pictures on the 1959 and 1960 Topps Jim Taylor cards are of another Jim Taylor, a linebacker for the Cardinals. I don't know whose picture is on the 64P Boyette card. I also never figured out whose picture is on Goose Gonsoulin's 1961 Fleer card.
