Can this stuff be felt up? Do I have any chance of pulling an auto?

actually I wasn't looking to feel these up I only ask because I am seeing retail packs in stores now
and I am never the first guy to them. I know the heritage autos are hard to cherry pick but I
didn't know if these were. Thanks

I know that you are an honest guy - seriously, I always get paranoid when I look at a half full loose pack box - is there a retail only box for CJ? I have purchased two hobby boxes - bought another tonite from Kuhlmann - I'ld like to pull something good - been on a real dry spell. I think I told you, the only auto I got on heritage was Floyd who is now on the DL!

In the hobby version, each pack contained a small inner pack, and that's where the jersey/auto came from, along with a sticker in every one. The packs that didn't have a jersey/auto had a checklist card. The jerseys are pretty thick, and the checklist was the same thickness. It was possible to feel out the jersey through the inner pack by feeling for the little circle cutout, but I couldn't spot bats. Autos were obvious as those packs were just the thickness of 2 regular cards. It might be possible to feel them out through the outer packs if you can sense the over difference in thickness, but it'd be fairly slight. I don't think it'd be possible to feel out the jerseys and bats through the outer pack. The best stuff, of course, is the blue and white parallels, along with the orignal buy backs, so they are pretty undetectable.

I agree with Helio. Cretins can probably feel for autos, but the real money cards are the 1/1 white parallels and original buy backs, which cannot be searched.

Kevin, where are you seeing retail Cracker Jack? I checked Wal-Mart and Target yesterday, but haven't seen a pack yet . . .

I saw packs for sale in one of those little carts at a mall (The Grove, if you're looking for them) here in LA. $11. per pack.
He said they were moving better than he thought.
I've got a case coming Monday, have I got any chance of getting any originals?

Yes, in the sense that I have a "chance" of spending the weekend licking dark chocolate off of Nikki Cox's naughty bits . . . retail packs list Vintage Repurchased cards as a tough 1:2,598 pull.

Just got back from the store, Target & walmart nada - toy r us - had 6 boxes of CJ retails - 8 packs for 19.99 - hope you can find same. Good luck.
I am going to put a base set with SP's together. So, I hope to get some help - some have already offered.
