    well,
    that card DID had a population of one at SOME point in time, so what's the big deal ?

    ....it's surely just a " lil' white oversight "........It's slowly becoming an accepted practice to play the pop report game.

    I know most of the board members here are in favor of using dated pop reports if it can get you a few extra $$ at auction. Heck even spruce things up by calling the darn things short prints or ultra rare tough single prints.
