What kind of scam is this?

You know the saying, "if it's too good to be true..."?

Check this out. Seller has great feedback, but
you have to be on the approved bidders list to bid or
"buy it now". He also doesn't even mention accepted
methods of payment. Maybe this is just a scam to get
your email address? Sorry if this has been covered before.

What do y'all think?

    hmmmm Looking at past auctions (or rather the comments) it looks to be only "household items". At least the stuff that is described. Maybe they want you to go through some sort of credit check.

  • Yeah, a PSA 4 1952 Topps Mantle for $1000 BIN....there's gotta be something going on. Item location is Italy though, so I'm sure it's a scam.

  • I am so worried I need that Clemente sooooooooooo bad...yet It has to be a scam...1000.00 buy it now on a 2000.00 card...if its too good to be..it is...sorry no italy for me...
