Your opinion: what are the pre-1980 under/over appreciated issues?

Some issues were popular when distributed; hence, they're popular with collectors now, e.g., 1933 Goudey and 1952 Topps. Others like the 1962 Baseball Bucks, 1971 Greatest Moments, and 1975 Minis seem to have lost some pop.
What issues do you consider to be under-appreciated? Of those, do you think they'll eventually catch on with collectors?
Some of mine -
1893 Just So Tobacco - extremely rare, but will probably remain within small collectible circles
1912-14 Boston Garter - beautiful! Have been gaining momentum last few years
1912 T207 - under appreciated, but will most likely remain that way for sometime.
1933 & 1934 World Wide Gum - suffers like OPC does with Topps: much scarcer, but values don't reflect low production %.
1933 Delong – it seems to be about the Gehrig
1965-1976 OPC - gaining momentum
1959-1968 Venezuelan - lot's of good noise in the last few years
Now the terms "popular", "appreciation", etc. are relative. Let's not start a thread within a thread defending 1975 Minis. I just think these had much more buzz about ten years ago.
Lastly, any pre-1980 issues come to mind that will lose popular appeal?
Look forward to your responses.

As far as sets that are losing steam 1965 Topps FB seemed to be very hot at one point with the Namath RC and the size but I see much less interest in them now. I sold off a batch by team a couple years ago & wish now I'd held on to the higher grade cards.
That's about all I can dredge out of my overcrowded little brain right now. Good thread 67standup.

Now collecting:
Topps Heritage
1957 Topps BB Ex+-NM
All Yaz Items 7+
Various Red Sox
Did I leave anything out?
1977 Topps Mexican
All early team-issued sets
1950 Topps Felt Backs
1951 Topps Magic
1962 Post
All of the Kahn's sets, especially 1959
Overrated:
1955 All-Americans. It's a GREAT set, but there is supply out there and the prices recently are crazy.
1962 Topps. It has the reputation of being tough because of the black borders, but take an objective look at the pop report.

There are definitely many baseball issues out there that should get more attention (and higher prices). Some examples that come to my mind:
1934-36 Diamond Stars. These are great cards! But people seem to overlook them because there are no Gehrigs or Ruths. Big mistake!
1955 Bowman. You just don't find too many high grade well centered copies. But it seems no one much cares because of the lack of key RCs. Another mistake!
OPCs from 1965 to 1976. Try to find Mint copies. You'd have better luck winning the lottery.
These are just a couple that come to my mind quickly.
Underappreciated: 1970
Overappreciated: 1962

If you mean issues that should show substantial increase in interest, I think the '50s non-sports sets are moving that way.
Waning interest - I'm hoping the '56 Gum Adventure set, so I can finally pick up a Schmeling....
It's hard to say, we all have sets that we WISH would get more attention (don't we?) - but as far as spotting trends in that direction, I can only go by competition I'm experiencing for cards - acquisition prices are going up for mid-'50s non-sports cards like Elvis, Target Moon, Mars Attacks, Civil War News, Three Stooges, etc. There always seem to be temporary spikes on cards I'm chasing; maybe I need to get softer-soled shoes....
"All evil needs to triumph is for good men to do nothing."
I would also put most team-issued and regional sets from before 1970 in this category.
