I've got a few that looked like that- some of which were from my own submissions. Couple of bounces off the floor and there you go. Glad they were slabbed.

Yeah, I own one that has a few "frosts" like that on the sides, but they don't go all the way around by far. I think this one is probably ok. Of course, you can always send it back to PSA to have it reslabbed.

Looks exactly like a slab I dropped on the floor once. But, if I was spending around $1K, I would ask for a clearer scan, or some additional info from the seller.

Yeah, I agree. The seller does have a 409 feedback rating with no negatives, so that is a good sign.
