Questions about my Collectors Club renewal

I received my renewal notice in the mail over the weekend, and I'm trying to weigh the Gold Level against the Gold Upgrade. It seems the only real added benefit of the higher cost membership is four service upgrades. Can anyone tell me if the free submissions can be for error coins, or if the upgrades can be used to go pay economy prices for mint error service? Also, what level membership do you need to take advantage of the quarterly free submission?
Thanks in advance,
Sean Reynolds

The upgrades certificates only work from Econ. to Reg, Reg to Express Special, etc.
If you are primarily using the Mint Error service I don't think that the upgrade program will meet your needs.
You can submit 4 Minter error coins for your 4 free. Please be sure to write mint error at the top of the form as these forms are not designed to let you choose a service level and by doing so will avoid any additional delays.
