I believe that is how the Mint Sets were issued. According to Charlton " The black stamp 'ROYAL CANADIAN MINT/ OTTAWA CANADA' appears on some 1960 holders. If you are interested in selling I'm interested in buying.

Thanks Ajaan, but i picked it up for my wife's collection because i thiught it was kinda neat.....never seen one quite like it.....

I've seen a lot of RCM 1960 sets with and without the black stamp - no price difference. This is the first I've seen with that label - very interesting.
I wonder if it was applied by the club (not the mint) for a special occaision - note the label has a Saskatchewan address.
