Is this legal? (high prices coins......very high priced)

I won't reveal where these prices were extracted, but I will say that they came from a nationally known dealer's web site. The prices seem waaaaaay high. Just thought I would share a few of the prices listed:

If the coin fits the accurate description, then Caveat Emptor, I.E. Let the Buyer beware!
As the first coins of their denomination to bear the motto IN GOD WE TRUST the spirited Steel cent <--- Huh? What about the 1909-1942 cents?

They ripped me off once, when I was first beginning collecting.However I did make a small gain from them, bought a 2004 SAE for $6.95, shipping included.
