There are no "official" names and not everyone uses the names the same way. Typically they are:
MS-60 BU
MS-63 Choice
MS-65 GEM
MS-67 Superb GEM

I only use two:

MS-63 : BU (Brilliant Uncirculated)
MS-65 : Gem
