Soliciting more input for website

Now that I have the makings of a layout for my expanded website, I would appreciate any input from the masses on what to keep, what to pitch and what to add. Here are some courtesy links for the current site (and for the Brit Tips, which are strictly in Beta mode):

I'm thick-skinned, so be blunt if need be.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Lessons learned about British coin collecting
Bibliography
Coin Identification. I'm dumping this page in favor of including the pertinent information in Brit Tips.
GradingThis page is getting a serious facelift: new and better pictures along with some much needed wordsmithing.
Tips for grading. This promises to be a mammoth rewrite task as I plan to insert Photograde for most major varieties of the British minor coinage.
Myths about rarities. This will get a rewrite as well - or it may get swallowed up by the Brit Tips.
Brit Tips Home Page

There will also be a new feature, a quarterly Brit Coin Market report covering my collecting interests and period. This will contain insight based on my endless quest for set completion, price guide watching and transaction observations. For every coin I buy, I watch transactions of a hundred more. This will also spur some inputs and dissent from you-know-who across the pond.image

    1) Get rid of the no-PVC image on the home page (it looks very unprofessional).
    2) When the user clicks on "coins for sale" it should show the coins for sale, you shouldn't have to click again on "coin catalogue. " (It took me a while to figure it out.)
    3) Your "email wybrit" should be on the home page (that's where I would expect to find it).
    4) This might seem a bit radical, but consider getting rid of the black background (looks strange to me).

P.S. Is this the same farthing that's available for $6? image

    I'll have to consider it.

    2) When the user clicks on "coins for sale" it should show the coins for sale, you shouldn't have to click again on "coin catalogue. " (It took me a while to figure it out.)Common complaint. I'm working on a fix to that.

    3) Your "email wybrit" should be on the home page (that's where I would expect to find it).I think I have that one fixed on the new home page. I'll look at a better spot for it.

    4) This might seem a bit radical, but consider getting rid of the black background (looks strange to me). The black background is about to be a thing of the past, by an overwhelming margin in the recent poll, it was decided that the softer blue background was better.

P.S. Is this the same farthing that's available for $6?
It is one of a bagful of 1956 farthings I bought a few years back. 87 farthings were too many to scan, so I picked one representative of the choice/gem ones in the bag. The one in the picture is gem. Those who are familiar with my use of terms will know I do not confer that term on a coin readily.

    Thanks for the feedback Steve!
