Ok, I got this Roosy, and PCGS graded it PF65DCAM. Just wondering, do you think it got a 65 because of that spot on the Obv between 7 and 8 o'clock? Thx

    I think the haze in the fields hurts proof coins and the spot looks like a distraction as well. mike

    It could also be hairlines which will kill the grade on a proof coin... And hairlines are hard to spot...
