How Do You Spot a Tampered PSA Holder?

When a PSA holder has been tampered with, does it cloud basically on all edges, or can the clouding appear just on the top, bottom, etc?

    Depends on the skill of the crook. If they just pry open the bottom end and slip the card out, you will only have clouding on the bottom edge. If you suspect tampered card holders, let PSA know about it.
