My gut feeling is you'll want to give it a quick acetone wash to remove the idjits fingerprints from George's face. image

I wonder why that went so cheap. Looks like a full 7 day auction. Did you BIN?

Nice buy no matter what the case.

On another note, it looks like LordM should take a good look at the seller's other items..... image

Josh, I was the only bidder and I bid on the last day of the auction. There was a BIN for $65 which I didn't hit.

  • Looks like you got a good deal to me too. I was offered the same date at a coin show a few months back but the coin was in much worse condition and the dealer would not bring the price down anywhere near what you paid.

    Well done

WTF?? Too much?? I think I paid nearly half that much recently for some 1 and 2 pence Cartwheels in G/VG condition.

    Good catch!

Most of the time when I see these in indifferent condition they are in the $85 to $110 range.

If you bought it for resale, I am willing to offer you an immediate profit in this forum auction-I bid $75.image
