PSA we Have a problem...

As some of you know I collect HOF Auto's and have a modest collection (90% of which is with PSA right now being graded) so I can proudly display them on the set Registy...
Anyway I got six random cards back from 2 different submissions....with this
If I can't include these cards to my registry PSA might as well lose me as a customer.....is there anything that can be done...???
According to the HOF Autograph Set Requirement ":This challenging set consists of autographed cards, either manufacturers' editions or PSA/DNA authenticated autographs"
Um , so they are PSA/DNA authenticated how about letting me add them to the Registry without a grade...

in fact you will only make your position worse by
getting it all worked into a big deal on these boards
when they end up making some decision on it.
The ONLY way you will get ANY action on this at all
is to CALL Joe or someone at PSA and have a REAL
conversation with them, express you concerns, and
give your suggestions. I am sure they can work something
out, but if you end up ticking them off here on these
forums, they will Not be as inclined to help...
PLEASE call and then
PLEASE keep us informed as to what does happen
becuase there are several others of us that do collect
these PSA/DNA cards and this is becoming an issue
with others.
good luck!

they're not MLB licensed cards?
anyways!

Collecting Bowman Chrome Phillies Rookie Cards and Mike Schmidt certified auto cards.
I am not sure about the Aaron, Sisler, Chandler, & Lopez cards, but the Lyons, & Coveleski are from the 1978 Grand Slam set which PSA has graded in the past.
Rostedcat has one in his set.
If PSA does not grade unsigned cards that were not approved by MLB than I would not expect them to grade auto'd versions for you.
If you are chasing Registry points and want a certificate someday there more attainable sets to work on than HOF autographs (getting to 65% complete on Baseball HOF'ers is just about impossible without Davillio $$$$. If you want cards for your own enjoyment (which is what this hobby is about) at least you know the signatures are legit.
<< <i>Jeff -- Could you please post Joe's cell number for me? I think I lost it. >>
well I know you are just being a smartass
but I was being serious.
Complaining on these boards does not get
things solved. It is not going to get someone
at PSA to call Kabir and ask to fix the problem.
You know better than Anyone here that you need
to CALL them and let them know there is a problem
in order to get the assistance you need.
I guess PSA will be getting better in customer service. I will pass the word along to my friend in Florida who submits cards for me---Virtualizard.

Before I posted here I emailed Joe, didn't call him because I don't have his number.
Secondly BKAH,
Thanks to Ullr's post I already know PSA is on the wrong on one of these cards, since they graded one of these before so posting on the board helped my position, and Ullr trust me I am glad these cards were deemed authentic, they are for my personal collection, I just use the registry to display my collection and kind of use it as a trade/want list of cards I still need...but I guess I won't be doing that anytime soon.
good luck with this .
I do appericate your input.
