PayPal Question

If I go over my $1000 limit for this month and am forced to upgrade my personal account to a Merchant account will I be able to change back to a personal account next month?

    The rule was that you can change back once but I would check with PayPal as they have a way of changing the rules. image

    I recently upgraded by accident and was allowed to downgrade just the one time.

    It used to be you could downgrade once in a lifetime, but with the new rules after you pass your $1000 limit if you try to downgrade the freeze your account and take all the money from your checking account.

    It's in the User Agreement
