Jim responded to a post I made one day about a proof 3-cent nickel my dealer was looking for for his personal raw collection. Jim gave us a lead on ehere to find one. After a few phone calls, Vince was able to purchase the coin. Pics included....Ken

This is just one more example of some of the fine people that make up this place.Ken's dealer friend isn't even a board member.I have started collecting the Matte Proof Lincolns.Board member Steve was kind enough to photocopy the bible for diagnostics with pics,on what to look for.Even if we collect the same series,we can help others to acguire coins they need.Sometimes I don't have the funds to get an upgrade or to fill a hole,where someone else may be able to.I try to help anyone that I can.Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the kind comment Don. I try to help everyone that I can. I believe everyone here knows of my efforts to help young the young collectors with donations of coins and my time in taking all of my grandkids to coin shows and investing time and money in it. I enjoy doing it and believe it will pay off when they get older and do it for others. What goes around comes around.........Ken
